The Return of Jesus Christ

The years of the Great Tribulation will end by the coming of Jesus Christ to the earth with the saints, where He will destroy the armies of the Antichrist poised to destroy Israel and take over Jerusalem to make it impossible for Jesus Christ to return because He is supposed to come to a people called Israel and the city of Jerusalem. If, in the calculation of Satan, he is able to destroy Israel and take over Jerusalem, Christ's return would have been aborted because Israel must be a nation, and Jerusalem must be in complete control of the Jewish people when Jesus returns. In the battle, which ends with the word from the mouth of Jesus Christ, the Antichrist and the false prophet are taken alive and cast into the lake of fire, but Satan, who powered the Antichrist, is taken and cast into the bottomless pit where he is kept for a thousand years.

The millennial kingdom, which is also known as the kingdom age or the kingdom of heaven, is established under the rule of Jesus Christ. This rule will be for a thousand years, and will be marked by peace like the earth has never known; also during this time, there will be prosperity as never before. Isaiah 65 will be fulfilled. Many people mistakenly believe that the kingdom of heaven and kingdom of God are the same; the former last for a thousand years, but the latter is eternal. Someday, we will do a post on this by the grace of God.

After a thousand years, Satan will be released, and he will go into the world and mobilize all those who, all the while, hated the righteous rule of Jesus Christ. For the last time, Satan will attempt to oppose and abort the plan of God, but fire will come down from heaven and destroy all His followers. He will be taken and cast into the lake of fire where the Antichrist and the false prophet have been for the last thousand years.

The white thrown judgment, which is the final judgment, will follow; this is when all who have died, whose names are not found in the book of life of the Lamb, will be judged according to their works, and cast into the lake of fire where they will be for ever and ever. They will be judged according to their works because they rejected Christ's work done the cross on their behalf.

After this will be the new heaven and the new earth. The earth will resume its sinless career, which was disturbed by the rebellion of Adam and Eve. The earth would have been rid of every thing that makes for sin. At this time the earth will still be populated by natural people who were not involved in Satan's last revolt against God. Isaiah 45:18 Will be fulfilled.
