The hallmark of Christmas is the message of divine condescension: God
took our form to be able to save us from our sins. He made Himself of no
reputation in order to save us who had no reputation.
As we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, let's remember His words in Matthew 20:28, the Son of man didn't come to be served, but to serve and give Himself a ransom for many. Christmas is truly about bringing ourselves to the place where we are able to serve others. So let's make ourselves of no reputation in order to serve others today and always.
