Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Luke 11:2
When Jesus asked that we pray for the will of God to be done on earth as it is in heaven, He meant that the earth in its present state is not the will of God, however, things will change when the kingdom of God comes. What those who complain about God allowing evil in the world don't seem to understand, or take into account, is that the earth in its present state is not how He made it to be. If sin had not come and distorted life and made it completely different from how God purposed it to be, the evil we see in the world would not be present. But thank God, things will one day be reverted to God's original plan when Christ returns and sets up the literal kingdom of God.
God is not responsible for what goes on in the world today. Evil is in the world because the man ceded his authority to the devil who now is the god of this world, and has infected humanity with an evil virus of beastly behaviour. But in the day when Christ shall return, all things on earth will be as they are in heaven. Then, the earth will be like heaven.
The earth was made as a prototype of heaven, being an appendage of the kingdom of heaven. The reason why the earth is in its present condition is because it is ruled by evil under the prince of the power of the air: satan. It is for this reason that we pray, "Thy kingdom come, and thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven". When this happens, the earth will once again be the paradise that it was originally designed to be. So, you see, God is not responsible for the present condition of the world, sin is.
