"And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in
understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship." Exodus 31:3
When a person is filled with the Holy Spirit, certain abilities are magnified in him, depending on what he is called to do. For Bezaleel, they were wisdom, understanding, and knowledge in all manner of workmanship, and many other skills needed for the building of the Tabernacle.
We are not to limit the effect of the Holy Spirit in us to just speaking in tongues. It is important that the set man of a ministry recognizes this, that God has given to other people within the ministry different abilities by the Holy Spirit to help do whatever He has called him to do.
The sad thing is that there are many people in the church who are not aware that in receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit, they were also given some enhanced abilities to do certain things more proficiently than others.
