Invitation to Eternal Life

"...The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain, and be raised the third day." Luke 9:22

A man tells his friends that he is going to be killed, but that after three days, he will come back to life again. And truly, he got killed, and as he said, he rose from the dead on the third day. Such a man can correctly be said to have conquered death, and you can rely on what he tells you about life after death because he has been to the land of death, conquered death, and returned alive. Beyond being in a proper position to talk about death, he is also in a proper position to talk about life, and life after death. In a real sense, he can be called an authority on life, death, and the beyond.

Well, there was a man called Jesus, He came from heaven and became a man, lived as a man, and died as a man, but unlike anyone before Him, He rose from the dead as He said that He would (He was not resuscitated to life, He rose from the dead). In a true sense, He is an authority on life and death, and if anyone really desires to know something about life, death, and after death, He is the qualified person to ask. And He has said so much about life, death, and after death. Of life, He said, "I am the life"; of death and resurrection, He said, "I have power to lay down My life, and I have power to take it again"; and of the life after death, He said, "I go to prepare a place for, and I will come and take you, that where I am, there you will be also".

Today, He invites you to come to Him, and he will give you a life suited for the life after. If you are thinking correctly regarding life after death, you will take such an invitation seriously because He has had an experience of the three realms of life, death, and the life after. So, think wisely, consider His offer while it lasts because this offer will not last forever.
