"Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified." Matthew 27:22
Jesus divides the world into two distinct camps: those who believe, and those who do not believe. There are only two reactions to Jesus: Crucify Him, or adore Him. Don't ever imagine that you can sit on the fence when it comes to Jesus.
"Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?" Acts 2:37
"When they heard that, they were cut to the heart, and took counsel to slay them." Acts 5:33
Whenever the Spirit convicts a person, it either results in repentance or reject it. It is an illusion to think, as some assume, that you can take a neutral position when it comes to Jesus. You are either with Him or against Him. There is no ambivalence towards Him. But whatever you do with Him will in no small measure impact upon your eternal state. So, be wise and careful when you choose what to do with Jesus.
